Jeff Kasper is able to work with you from any point you need. If you're just starting out and need assistance from the start, Jeff can give you a wealth of information based on his years of experience.

Jeff has worked with amny couples who are flying in from around the globe for their dream wedding. (Ask him about the couple who flew in to SFO, took a cab to obtain their license, gave him a call, and were married within two hours. What a way to start a vacation!)

From consultation to rehearsal, from performing the ceremony to filing your marriage certificate, the entire process is covered by your honorarium.

Your wedding ceremony will be as unique as you are.  Because of the number of weddings Jeff has performed, he is familiar with many different elements you may want to include in your ceremony.  That being said, he’s always open to new ideas you may have and will work with you to incorporate what ever you want into your special day!

Wedding Honorariums

In recognition of their service to our country, Dr. Kasper will perform wedding ceremonies for local active US Service Members for an honorarium of $25 in Concord, CA.

  • $400 (Contra Costa County, California)

  • $450 (Alameda, Solano, Napa, San Mateo, San Francisco, and Marin Counties, California)

  • $500 (90 – 150 miles of Concord, California)

  • $1,000 (+150 miles from Concord, California + business class travel costs)
